The CPU cooling plate is a core component for CPU heat dissipation. It is mostly made of high thermal conductivity copper or lightweight aluminum, which can quickly dissipate heat. For instance, in a liquid cooling system, the cooling plate, together with the water pump, water tank, cooling fan, etc., forms a complete circulation system. After absorbing heat in the cooling plate, the coolant is transported to the radiator by the water pump, and then the heat is dissipated into the air by the fan.
